Trainings for entrepreneurs in the HVAC sector within the framework of the UNDP project

Within the framework of the UNDP project Sherikkon Consulting conducted a series of trainings for entrepreneurs from the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) sector in September-October 2024. The trainings were held in 5 regions of Uzbekistan: Khorezm, Bukhara, Surkhandarya, Samarkand and Andijan regions. The program included training of entrepreneurs in marketing strategy development, understanding the principles of value proposition, analysis of customer needs and expectations, competitor research and SWOT analysis. About 100 entrepreneurs from different regions participated in the trainings. At the end of the training, the participants were awarded certificates.
