Sherikkon Consulting Conducted Trainings on Creating HVAC Business for Women Entrepreneurs in Uzbekistan

From June to August 2021, within the framework of the UNDP project, Sherikkon Consulting conducted a series of trainings in September-October 2024 for women entrepreneurs interested in creating a business in the HVAC sector (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning). The 5-day trainings were held in four regions of Uzbekistan: Tashkent, Syrdarya, Fergana, and Bukhara regions. The program included training participants in developing a business plan in the HVAC sector, creating a marketing plan, finding suppliers, and calculating the budget for launching an HVAC business. Training participants wrote and submitted business plans as homework. Approximately 60 women entrepreneurs from the aforementioned regions participated in the trainings. Upon completion of the training, participants were awarded certificates.
