Experience: After obtaining an MBA degree from Leipzig University in 2014, Farkhad returned to Uzbekistan to work in the field of small and medium-sized business development. He carried out consulting projects and training for UNDP, EBRD, WB, as well as various SMEs. His expertise lies in business strategy, innovation, and development.

Education: BSc Economics, M.B.A.

Passion: I am passionately driven to bring innovation, change, and growth to a company’s business and its leadership. When I see the potential of a business grow, I am motivated to do even more.

Experience: Originally from the USA, Daniel has been living and working in Uzbekistan since 2005. He has been involved in various development projects, organizational training, and consulting services. Since 2012, he has helped to open three businesses in the service sector.

Education: B.A. Psychology, M.A. Clinical Psychology

Passion: I am passionately driven to see businesses succeed, but managing a business is impossible without people. Therefore, what motivates me most is seeing people grow, both individually and as a community.

Experience: Alisher has extensive experience in the banking sector, manufacturing, and financial management. He provides services in financial management, financial literacy improvement, and financial modeling for children’s businesses. He conducts financial assessment and managerial accounting.

Education: Studied financial management at Samarkand Cooperative Institute. In the master’s program of the Tashkent Banking and Finance Academy, he studied middle banking affairs.

Passion: Serving society through managing financial order for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Experience: She has extensive experience working on various projects with a focus on international business, international marketing, female entrepreneurship, and project management modeling. She developed marketing and sales strategies for local small and medium-sized enterprises (e.g., Lalaku brand). Additionally, she organized several B2B meetings for local entrepreneurs with representatives of small and medium-sized businesses in Germany.

Education: Graduated with honors from Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies. She pursued her master’s degree at the Tashkent University of Economics (M.B.A. program).

Passion: Training entrepreneurs and enhancing their potential through a proactive approach to creating and implementing business opportunities.
